By using the SUIDRIP website (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose only

The Site, the litepaper, the game, the rewards calculator and all related content are provided for information and entertainment. Nothing here is an offer, a solicitation, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research and speak to a qualified professional where appropriate.

2. No guarantees

$SUIDRIP is a community token. It has no intrinsic value and no promised return. Holder rewards are calculated and distributed by Pump.fun under its own rules. They depend on trading volume, eligibility requirements and the platform’s operation, and they are not guaranteed by SUIDRIP. The calculator provides estimates from your inputs, not predictions.

3. Risks

Digital assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of the money you put in. Risks include price volatility, low liquidity, smart-contract and bridge failure, changes to third-party platforms, scams and impersonation, and regulatory change. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

4. Independence

SUIDRIP is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Sui, Mysten Labs, the Sui Foundation, Wormhole Labs, Pump.fun, FOMO.FAMILY, Solflare, Phantom or any other third party mentioned on the Site. Names are used only to describe compatibility.

5. Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on buying or holding digital assets, and for any taxes. The Site is not directed to residents of places where such activity is prohibited.

6. Third-party services

The Site links to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or actions. Always verify the contract address before transacting.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, scan or attack the Site, copy it to impersonate SUIDRIP, or use it for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

The SUIDRIP name, logo and Site design are the property of the project. You may share links to the Site and use the share tools provided. Do not use the branding in a way that suggests an official relationship.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUIDRIP and its contributors are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Site or from any decision to buy, hold or sell digital assets.
